Beautiful tree species from Papua New Guinea. the leaves of this species resembles that of an Anthurium veitchii.

sold are seedlings of the tree. but already the veitchii-like leaves are apparent.

Difficulty: Medium

Light: Half shadow- Sunny

Humidity: 60-90%

Temperature: Never below 20°C at night and at least 25°C during the day. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 35°C can have bad effects on the plant.

Water/Fertilizer: this plant is thirsty but does like air to the roots. don’t let soil dry out completely or leaves will wilt. Fertilize moderately to encourage growth.
